  Experience as an inpatient after two operations: The nurses at the Spire are wonderful and friendly. They make the overnight stay exceptional. I have rarely come across nicer nurses than I have here. The rooms are private, clean and the two rooms I've stayed in have both had garden views. It's very quiet at night and I had no problems resting. The rooms also have a TV with freeview and free wi-fi. The catering staff are also extremely friendly and the food has always been great. You can also order extra things, like ice cream, when you'd like at night. It's the little things like that which make the experience that much more comfortable. The consultants that I have seen have been fantastic. As an outpatient, my appointments have always run on-time and the reception area is very nice with an assortment of hot drinks. The consultant rooms are also very clean and quiet. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hospital if you have a choice to go here for a procedure.

  So much better experience than the NHS, How hospitals should be run! Brilliant consultant I'm under every appointment bang on time and great FREE refreshments unlike addenbrookes!

  Used this company last year for a knee scan. They rushed through the process offering no insight for the problem and promptly took 250GBP and then referred us to get an MRI scan. Complete fee vultures in my opinion. If you expect anything that is not available on NHS then look elsewhere.
